Hey!, ok, a hotter plug does nothing more than get soooo hot that the carbon and buildups from the combustion process do not stick to the electrodes, therefore not foul....I would myself adjust the carb though, If you do not or have someone do it you gas mileage will be horrible. and I wouldnt mess with the jets, check out the float needle if the adjustment does not fix it.
